Ok. I was supposed to be working, but I couldn't wait for the weekend to jump into this one because it's a Choose Your Own Adventure, and that is super nostalgic for me. Well written and edited. The author has just turned 9, and he is an amazing drummer as well. He also started reading at 2, so at 8, he shared his creativity, talent, and fun adventure with us.

The first sentence plunges us immediately into the story because it's the second person present. We are the heroes, the secret superheroes with extra buttons that come with awesome, surprising, and fun skills, and it's our duty to keep our community safe. We also have a girlfriend, and she is super cool, smart, and skillful.

Very relatable content for the appropriate age, sweet, funny, unexpected, filled with action, and packed with encounters with robots. My favorite is X-Bot (beware of high fives). Easy to follow and facing a quick end (as I did after 10 minutes, haha) doesn't mean it's the end. It's actually a fun paragraph that sends us back on track. We pick which page to turn to continue the adventure; beware, it will test your loyalty to Minecraft or your favorite Pokémon. Lors of known, fun references to games and cartoons that are known to kids.

P.s. I discovered the "most annoying end to this book" (so said the narrator). Ah, I think that deserves a reward, too. Ahah.

Interactive and entertaining. Well done, dear author. Thank you for this. Choose your own nostalgia adventure. New readers will love it, and it will be a great way to make reluctant readers start reading more.
